Art Contest Criteria:
To enter, child must be enrolled in a program that the Theresa Foundation has provided grant funding to currently or in the past.
Winner is selected by the Board of Directors of the Theresa Foundation.
Pen, Pencil, Watercolor, Charcoal, Cray Pas, and more accepted – the sky is the limit!
